A cultural enrichment experience for Keiki

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Activities are curated around lo‘i kalo (wetland taro) learning and ocean shoreline stewardship. ‘Ai pono (local food) processing is a primary feature of this program. Keiki can expect to be harvesting and preparing an ahupua‘a derived dish. Muliwai swimming permitted by weather. Morning and afternoon field activities feature educational curriculum.

ENROLLMENT OPENS APRIL 1, 2026 at 6PM

Transportation not included, keiki must be dropped and picked up at Honomanu County Park or Ke‘anae County Park, depending on the location designated for that week. All activities are in walking distance of drop-off location and there will be no vehicular transportation of keiki outside of emergency needs.

We will be coordinating with parents to create carpool opportunities.

Heavy ‘aina based morning and afternoon snacks included but a protein heavy home lunch required.

Each keiki must have one bright colored rash guard, a pair of tabis, a towel and rain jacket.
